How we’re managing covid-19
We understand that some job candidates, especially if they’ve not worked in this sector before, may have concerns about their personal safety. We want to confirm we’ve taken all possible steps to minimise risk to colleagues and the people we support during these times.

Our recruitment co-ordinators will look forward to talking to you. At the moment, all our interviews are being carried out by video.

We comply with government guidance and have carried out risk assessments which have been shared with people who work for us to make us as covid-safe as possible.

We have cleaning, handwashing and hygiene protocols in place.

We provide our staff with all necessary PPE and guidance in how to wear it.

The vast majority of our work is to support people individually in their own homes or in small shared accommodation – not large care homes.

People working in social care are key workers and are being prioritised for testing and vaccinations. We strongly encourage all our staff to take up the opportunity to be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 to protect themselves and people we support.
